Too bad it didn't go nearly as well as it went fast.
Weigh in this week was most definitely frustrating.
I stayed within my point range.
Followed the healthy guidelines.
Even exercised three days.

What is up with that?
Usually I can tell you exactly why my scale says what it does, but honestly this week I don't have a clue. I'm not even sure what goal to set because I really did everything right last week.
Oh well. Moving on.
