Where I've Been
It has been quite a week around here.
Tuesday was my Open House and it isn't ever fun considering I live 45 minutes away so I always just stay at school until after it is over, which means I don't get home till 8:30 or so. 13 hours in school is quite the day. I was also home late on Monday since I was trying to get ready for Open House and then last night I met a friend for dinner and we had such a good time that I didn't get home until after 9. Needless to say I am exhausted!!
I just cleaned out my mailbox after not reading it for three days and we aren't even going to talk about all the items in my reader! Hopefully I'll catch up this weekend. Although Saturday starts soccer season so it may have to wait even a bit longer than that.
Now if you will excuse me...I'm going to bed. Yes, I do realize it is only 7:00pm.

I hear your pain with open house. I didn't go home either. Was there from 8 am til 9 pm... yuck! As for bed at 7.. sounds good to me! wish i could..but after a bath and a little time on looking at stuff for tomorrow I'm in bed too! This has been a long week - long, but pretty good!
Oh, I so hate open house. I only live 15 minutes away, so I at least get to go home, but it is still SO hard to go back at 7!
I am glad to know that I am not the only one that goes to bed early during the school year!

It was hard enough going back to open house as a parent (who is a teacher)...I'm such a zombie after school anymore! Next week, I get to go to Open House on Tuesday for Faith and then give an Open House at the HS on Wednesday. That really cuts into my bedtime.
putting off a nap right now to catch up on blog stuff and that picture has convinced me otherwise! LOL I'm off to bed!
