I Finally Took the Leap

As I've read more and more posts on what to do to make your blog successful one thing that kept popping up was to make sure your URL, email address, twitter name, and all that other stuff match to make it easier for readers to find you and even more important, remember you. I was pretty good when it came to my email, twitter, and blog title, but my URL didn't match. This caused my OCD to go slightly into overdrive as I anxiously struggled with the question of what to do.

I kept going back and forth. Should I change my URL? Should I keep it? Even my readers were mixed with their opinions with some saying "Yes, most definitely change it" and others didn't think it was necessary. One of my biggest fears was that I was going to end up losing my whole blog through the change, which scared the heck out of me. Seriously, if that were to happen you would then find me blogging from my new empty room with four white cushioned walls, because I would have went absolutely ballistic.

I did it. I took the leap. I switched my domain this morning and I'm happy to report that I am sitting calmly on my couch blogging away. It looks like it worked.

Now my second biggest fear is that I am going to lose some of you in my big move. I would hate for that to happen so would you do me the biggest favor and go into your reader and change my address like right now? What, I'm not in your reader? Well then what are you waiting for? You can grab my button over there on the sidebar (it already has the correct address) and we will be golden. Thanks so much!!

So now without further ado, my NEW address:

(Now let's just all pray that when I hit publish, it posts there!!!!)
